Aerobics Class Descriptions - Click icon for Sept 2008 schedule

ABB-x - 30 minutes to sculpt your way to great abbs, back, and bottom.
Anything Step - A step class with variety...from Step to HEAT to Double Step, you never know what you might get!
Sculpt - Get a sculpted and toned body using a variety of equipment including the medicine ball, stability, dumbbells and body bar.
Boot Camp - GIVE ME 10!! This class will push your limits of strength and endurance. Jog/walk the soccer field, push-ups and sit-ups, this class isn't for the faint of heart.
CardioBall - 1/2 cardio, 1/2 sculpting on the stability bar. From step, to hi-lo, to strengthening movements on the ball - it's all in one class.
Cardio Step - an hour of pure step for the heart. Intermediate step combinations for the average stepper.
Cardio Kickboxing - a "Tae Bo" style class to pump up your cardio!
Deep Stretch Yoga - focuses on slow, fluid movements to increase flexibility using deep breathing techniques
Healthy Kidz - offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for children ages 7 to 12.
Spin - indoor cycling class using various resistances on a stationary bike to get an excellent cardiovascular workout.
Simple Step & Abs - The name of this class says it all. Great for beginners who want to burn calories and get great abs, too!
Spirit, Mind, Body - Improve strength, flexibility, and balance in a relaxing candle-lit environment. Class utilizes techniques blended from Pilates, Yoga, and Dance therapy. A mindful approach to exercise while maintaining a Christian Emphasis.
Silver Sneakers - an exercise program designed for older adults focusing on strength, balance and endurance. Lo-impact movements, resistance bands and stability balls.
Tai Chi - A form of martial art using slow, fluid movements focusing on balance, breathing, and concentration. Great for those with joint and balance issues.
Tread-n-Shed - Pump up your cardio. Learn new ways to challenge yourself on the treadmill.
XTreme Pump - Come PUMP IT UP in this class using the body bar and the step for an overall XTREME strength and toning workout.
Yoga - a moderate intensity yoga class focusing on a series of postures to help increase overall strength and tone
Yogalates - a moderate intensity class focusing on core strength using Yoga and Pilates principles.
